Once you send the form, our showroom guide receives the request on their phone. You will hear back from the same person who will sit with you on the day.

i A guide writes back — usually within the hour during open hours.
ii We confirm a date, a time, and which house you will sit in.
iii A short list of trays is set aside in the appointment booth.
iv You arrive. Tea is poured. We begin.
